Price List – 2024

Wyoming Town Hunts: Enjoy all the comforts you choose. You provide your own accommodations and your morning and evening meals.  You will be responsible for meeting at the appropriate location each morning.  We will recommend the town to stay in once you are successful in drawing your license and we have your hunting dates available.

Wyoming Bunkhouse Hunts – Nestled in the rolling plains, our bunkhouses provide comfortable facilities with beds and linens as well as home-cooked meals.  TMO will provide transportation to and from your hunting location each day.

Wyoming Lodge Hunts – Our historic lodge is nestled in the majestic Black Hills of Northern Wyoming with meals that are more than any one person can handle.

• WY Hunts includes a $125 fee for meals and lodging in the hunt price. When necessary, taxes will be added to your statement.
• Idaho Hunts sales tax will be added to your statement

Idaho Bunkhouse Hunts – Quiet and comfortable this bunkhouse provides the feel and comfort of home.  Continental breakfast, sack lunches, and outdoor BBQ dinners.

Hunt Deposits

• All hunts require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking unless otherwise specified. If we have taken a placeholder deposit, you will be sent an invoice to get you up to 50%, plus license fees prior to application.  If this is not updated, you will NOT be entered into the drawing.
• Your final statement balance is due upon arrival.
• Due to the limited nature of our hunts, no refunds will be given, regardless of circumstances, once your application has been submitted into the drawing. We cannot re-book your spot and we cannot stress this enough! (please see non-refundable below)
• Some Wyoming hunts, although conducted through initial drawing, may have leftover licenses. If for some reason you are unsuccessful in drawing a license in Wyoming your options are as follows:
  • Your deposit can be returned to you
  • We can roll your deposit into the following season’s drawing when available.
  • Roll your deposit into another available hunt for the current season.
• If you are booking something other than the current season please call as pricing and deposit requirements are subject to change each season.
• Personal checks and other forms of guaranteed funds will be accepted for initial deposits.
• Additional fees for all credit card charges will apply.
• Hunt balance must be paid by cash, money order or certified check.
• Please call before booking non-hunters on all hunts as space is limited and not available for all hunts.
